VVIP Visit

During the visit and meeting of VVIP's like CM, PM, President of India and foreign dignitaries, the services of the Wardens will be utilized.

One Way

While implementing new traffic regulations like One ways, identification of Parking lots, and the like, the services of Traffic Wardens will be utilized.- both, by way of suggestions before implementation and in the form of fed-back after implementation.

Election Duties

During State Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, the services of the Wardens are being utilized. The duration may be even as long as 12 continuous hours.

Calamities

The services of the Tamil Nadu Traffic Wardens Organisation utilised for Traffic accident cases and Traffic Investigation cases.

During calamities like Babar Masjid day.

Even full night duties may be called.

Depending on the calamity the Wardens may be called for Law & Order duty also and some times they may be designated as "Special Police Officers".

The Commissioner of Police has the right to call the services of the Wardens during these times.

Presenting the report to Mr.Vijay Kumar, I.P.S. Commissioner of Police, on the survey of Pedestrain Flow in the Periyar Bus Stand Area. The Survey conducted by our Wardens with the help of Auromobile Engineering Students of K.L.N. COllege of Engineering, Pottapalayam. Report presented by Mr. G.R. Balakrishnan, Chief Traffic Warden and Prof. K.S. Rengarao, Head of the Automobile Engineering department along with the students who participated in the Survey, to Mr. Vijay Kumar, Commissioner of Police.

Mr. G.R.Balakrishnan, Chief Traffic Warden along with Dr. M. Sachithanandam, Principal, K.L.N. College of Information Technology, Pottapalayam with his staff members and police personnel from Madurai city getting Four week Intensive training on computers arranged by Tamilnadu Police Traffic Wardens, Madurai City with the help of K.L.N. College of Information Technology, Pottapalayam.
